  WV does have a nice pool with a lifeguard during the summer, no bug issues (so far), the gym is nice and renovated, the community usually feels safe at night, close to WPU, quick access to public transportation, quick access to rt. 80 & 23 and shopping centers are great. WV is renovating the halls of the buildings which is appreciated but money could be spent on better plumbing. Parking is a huge issue. Parking far from my apartment at night is always a safety concern. Two spots should be reserved for residents. There are cars rotting in the lots with no air in the tires & full of garbage. The plumbing issues are horrible. The water pressure is very high and often residents have flooding as a result. The water pressure is so high that the hose from our dishwasher broke off, flooded the apartment, and warped our new wood floors. When the town repaired a water main break caused by repaving the roads the water situation was even worse. Our neighbors didn't have water for 4 days! 4 days of not being able to use the restroom or shower in their own apartment. The neighbor upstairs had an older air conditioner that LEAKED and stained/damaged our ceiling and walls. No one has come to fix either issue yet. Wayne Village is pet friendly and we appreciated it. The dog baggie stations are refilled maybe every 2 months. Being a dog friendly community, I don't understand the constant use of harsh pesticides. Management DOES need to enforce some rules about picking up after dogs. Just a warning, The walls are paper thin!! We can hear neighbors fight, have sex, and use the restroom. If you aren't lucky enough to have a washer/dryers in unit. The Laundry rooms are not reliable. Residents do not remove lint from dryers which is a fire hazard. The machine to fill your laundry card breaks constantly! There was an issue of overcrowding in an apartment in our building. There was 4 adults living in a 1 BD apartment. Kathy & Lisa in the office are very nice & accommodating. The new owners and maintenance staff are LAGGING.
