- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆NO FOLLOW UP. Since June 5th 2016, I left 11(eleven) voice messages, spoke with Angela at the agency and I was told Mr Costa will call me back since he is licensed, PLUS sent three e maila...STILL waiting for a return call . NOT a very encouraging response from an insurance agency. Nevermind - had so many terrible experiences with this agency over the last two years. I am cancelling all of my policies and will go with an agency where I can actually get some service. Never again with John Costa Agency.By Keith Stern, December 21, 2017
